There is no greater way to truly learn the practicality of ministry than through hands on application. The Ministry Training Program, available to Year 1 and Year 2 students, provides relative and unforgettable experience in the heart of a thriving ministry.
Occurring after morning classes, students enrolled in the Ministry Training Program are immersed in the inner workings of the local body and the intricacies of daily functions necessary to effectively run a ministerial organization. Supervised and mentored by a staff pastor, students are given rare opportunities to actively contribute to and shape the development & execution of one or more of the following ministries: Pastoral Leadership, Administration & Project Management, Youth & Young Adult Ministry, Worship Arts, Media Arts, Children's Ministry, and Outreach Ministry.
Students enrolled in the Ministry Training Program are required to contribute a minimum of 10 hours per week (Full Time Enrollment)/6 hours per week (Part Time Enrollment) in the program. A tuition reduction is applied towards students, on a per semester basis, enrolled in the Ministry Training Program.
